2010 Club Competition By-Laws

The Club Competition By Laws have been ammended and confirmed for the 2010 season.

The significant change to the By-Laws for 2010 is that all Head Coaches & Assistant Coaches must be Rugby Smart qualififed and registered. This has always been a requirement of the NZRU, and this requirement is now reflected in our own competition rules with associated penalties for offending teams/clubs.
