Agenda for the day

9.45am Arrival
10.00am Welcome and Introduction
10.15am Hand out - Team Green book for 2010 and other handouts
10.30am to 1.00pm Team building, Fitness and Skills sessions
1.00pm Break for lunch
2.00pm Team building at Lido
2.30pm onwards depart at your leisure

Please bring the following items:
- Rugby Gear to train in, including boots and mouthguard
- Running shoes - (We have a wet weather training venue if it is wet - so the day is on wet or fine)
- Your own lunch
- Togs and towel for swimming at the Lido
- Your family are welcome to stay and observe the entire day and join us for lunch (remember - bring your own lunch)
- Please note: you will not need to bring any money with you.
