Freyberg High School to Host the Turbos

Monday the 2nd of August marks the day the Turbos will head out to their second public training of the season. Freyberg High school are set to host the Turbos for the Afternoon. This will give the students a chance to see their favourite provincial stars up, close and personal. The afternoon will start with an interactive session that will see the Turbos players test the students out in a few different games and drills. This will be followed by a signing session in which the students can get posters, shirts, hats and any other unique items signed by the players.
The second part of the afternoon involves the Turbos showing their skills and abilities to the students by conducting their own training starting at 2:15pm, which the general public is invited to attend. Assistant Coach Bruce Hemara says "this is a great opportunity for the public and students to see just how hard the players are training for this years season".
With Classic Hits providing music and giveaways it is all set to be an exciting afternoon for the students of Freyberg High School and Ross Intermediate.
Tickets will be on sale for the home game on August 5th at vs. Canterbury at FMG Stadium, at the High School. Students are being offered a $10 ticket that also includes a free Turbos Wristband.
