College Old Boys held their nerve in the dying minutes to come away with a well-deserved 22-20 win over Old Boys Marist in the feature game of the round in the McDonald’s Senior 1 club rugby competition on Saturday.
Referees in all adult rugby matches in Manawatu can now issue a Blue Card to players suspected of receiving an on-field concussion, in a move to further enhance player welfare.
World Rugby's new tackle rules came into effect at the start of 2017 and will be used in the McDonald’s Senior Club competitions which kick off on 18th March.
The Club Tens Tournament is on 5:30pm Thursday the 23rd of March 2017 under lights at Central Energy Trust Arena.
