Today we celebrate a special milestone for one of our own — Brayden Iose will run out for his 50th game in the green and white jersey.
Born and bred in Manawatū, Iose was first earmarked as a future star of the game whilst representing Palmerston North Boys’ High School. He captained the New Zealand Secondary Schools' side, so it was no surprise when he was immediately signed to the Turbos.
A proud product of the Manawatū, Brayden made his debut in 30 September 2017 and has become a key part of the Turbos engine room ever since. Known for his physicality, work rate, and leadership, he’s worn the jersey with pride across eight seasons.
Brayden’s form at provincial level also earned him selection for the Hurricanes, where he’s continued to showcase his athleticism and toughness at Super Rugby level.
Congratulations Brayden. Thank you for your service to the province, and here’s to many more.
