
The Manawatū Rugby Union is seeking applicants for the role of Head of Performance Rugby and Turbos Head Coach.
The Head of Performance Rugby and Turbos Head Coach will be responsible for the sustained performance on and off the field that achieves success for the Performance Team that involves the pathway and performance programmes.
This role serves as Head Coach of the Manawatū Turbos. You will coach the team, on and off the field, to a standard of excellence, enhancing the reputation and legacy of Manawatū Rugby, and the Manawatū Rugby NPC Team by delivering MRU’s strategic goals.
This role will lead the development and delivery of performance and pathways processes and systems across our women’s and men’s programmes, seamless succession planning, player and coach development and talent ID. You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance strategies which drive continuous improvement everyday which leads to on-field success and ultimately ensures the long-term success of MRU Performance programme.
